據研究顯示,自殺死亡者在自殺身亡前7天內不限精神科別就醫的比例皆在60省錢方法網路熱銷商品%左右。圖/聯合報系資料照片 分享 facebook 研究發現,自殺身亡者高達6成以上,在決定自殺前7天曾赴醫院就診,就診科別不限精神科;其中65歲以上老人,決定自殺前1個月內,赴醫院診所就診的比率將近9成。專家呼籲,若能在醫療第一線能設下防線,也許能阻擋更多憾事發生。國內自殺死亡率逐年攀升,根據衛福部公布106年的國人死因,自殺身亡名列第11位,自殺死亡人數與105年相比增加16.4%,男性多於女性。. } }); } 研究發現,自殺身亡者多達6成以上,於輕生前7天曾赴醫院就診。台灣自殺防治學會理事吳佳儀說,面對久病厭世、長流行購買期照顧他人禮物網路購物的照顧者,長期心理不適,而導致生理出現類似生病的反應,比率相當高。吳佳儀說,曾66歲男子,因妻子罹癌,他因照顧壓力而失眠,求助醫師,定期服用藥物改善症狀。但幾年後,妻子過世,他受不了壓力,加上並未規律服藥,讓他再度失眠。心理影響生理不適,讓他動了輕生念頭;某天兒媳返家,撞見李姓男子意圖輕生,即時挽救才沒有發生憾事。吳佳儀說,許多意圖輕生高風險族群,若第一線醫療人員能主動建立關係並評估狀況,及時轉介精神衛生門診,有助於降低憾事發生。衛福部心口司司長諶立中指出,我國20年前開始提倡家醫科醫師及開業醫師納入自殺防治範疇,民國9最近流行商品產品0年左右自殺率高峰,醫界普遍警覺性高。但隨著國內自殺率下降,相關觀念開始被忽視。吳佳儀呼籲,自殺防治不僅是精神科醫師的責任,所有第一線醫療人員都是守門人,掌握「1問2應3轉介」主動關懷傾聽、適當回應支持及轉介精神衛生專業。 自殺,不能解決難題;求助,才是最好的路。求救請打1995 ( 要救救我 )


 英雄聯盟世界賽》閃電狼被PVB拉下馬 晉級八強添變數


[新頭殼newtalk] 《英雄聯盟》S8世界大賽小組賽今日來到第六日賽程,前一場才驚險擊敗G2的閃電狼此役對上無緣晉級八強的越南PVB,原本閃電狼可以憑著這場勝利自力晉級八強,但在PVB從前期到後期的凌厲攻勢下,最終在這場40分鐘大戰落敗,PVB也以兩勝四敗結束世界賽旅程,而三勝三敗的閃電狼得等到最後一場AFs與G2之間的敗隊,進行第二種子決定戰加賽,落敗將打包回家,贏家則能挺進到八強。

開局閃電狼再度中上兩路換線,但Maple阿卡莉卻在線上被PVE上野夾殺,由XuHao卡蜜兒取得首殺,隨後Maple也塔殺Zeros厄薩斯扳回一城,但Zeros也策劃多波成功GANK,幫助隊友在線上取得優勢,但閃電狼又在7分鐘策畫一波四殺一成功塔殺,前期可說互有來往。

PVB前期打得十分激進,不斷單抓閃電狼人頭,更拿下上路首塔經濟與預示者,成功搗毀閃電狼中路外塔,但閃電狼回應迅速,火速在15分鐘先後打出四殺,雙方經濟相差不遠,但PVB 依舊在推塔數維持領先。

23分鐘閃電狼在上路先是守下對方的強開並回打一波1換3,不過Betty希維爾在上路推塔被對手包夾,儘管攻勢止步但經濟也正式超車,26分鐘Maple單殺邊路分推的Zeros,為團隊爭取到在對方紅區建立視野的機會,29分鐘再單抓Palette古拉格斯後推倒中二塔。

30分鐘PVB搶開巴龍引來閃電狼迎戰,成功打出一波1換3攻勢後吃下巴龍,帶領強化小兵推掉閃電狼中下二塔,但閃電狼在35分鐘收下卡蜜兒後反倒是突破越南中路兵營,但自家上路兵營也被厄薩斯突破,更在37分鐘的團戰被打出4換2,戰況依舊緊繃。

39分鐘PVB再拿下第二條巴龍並擊殺賽恩後,成功摧毀閃電狼兩路兵營,再回頭拿下遠古巨龍,此時閃電狼決定開戰卻被打出兩殺,閃電狼面臨主堡防禦戰,最終還是落敗下來,接下來得等待G2與AFs之間的敗隊,進行第二名決定戰。
