基本工資今公告 月薪23.1K 時薪150
【台灣醒報記者譚有勝台北報導】勞動部5日將公告最新基本工資的調漲，明年元旦起，基本工資月薪調從22K調漲至23100元，時薪則從140元調升至150元。預估約有180餘萬名勞工因月薪基本工資調漲受惠；至於時薪預估約有45.6萬名本國勞工受惠。勞動部表示，基本工資已審議完畢，並送行政院核定通過，預計今日將對外公告。至於勞保分級表、勞退提繳工資分級表也會陸續調整，較晚會對外公告。
勞動部日前召開基本工資審議委員會，並決定調高基本工資，經過7小時馬拉松的討論後，勞動部隨即宣佈，基本工資月薪調漲5%，從22K調漲至23100元，時薪則調漲7.14%，從140元調升至150元，預計明年1月1日開始實施。
勞動部5日表示，基本工資已審議完畢，並送行政院核定通過，預計今日將對外公告，除了元旦起實施最新的基本工資外，勞保分級表、勞退提繳工資分級表也會陸續調整，較晚才會對外公告。
勞動部指出，本次會中勞、資雙方委員充分交換意見，理性討論，第一階段即達成基本工資應予調整之共識。至調整幅度，因涉及層面廣泛，經各方委員多次交換意見，咸認17項重要民生物資年增率應列為首要考量，然對於其他應參考指標究應如何納採，各方意見仍有些許差距。
經過多次折衝，綜合考量17項重要民生物資年增率、經濟成長率及勞動生產力指數年增率，最終決定每月基本工資調整至新臺幣23,100元；另為照顧大多採時薪制之青年勞工及中高齡就業者，每小時基本工資調整至新臺幣150元。
勞動部表示，近年來基本工資審議委員會每年均都會定期召開，審慎檢討基本工資，勞、資及第三方代表亦熟悉此一機制；各方容有不同意見，但各方委員都通盤考量經濟情勢、民生消費物價之變動，適度調整基本工資，期望透過基本工資的調整，可以照顧基層勞工的基本生活，並帶動消費支出與經濟成長。
